Prismatic cells with corrugated walls
Technobins bolted corrugated wall prismatic cells have a profiled wall (55° inclination which ensures no deposits) and are used exclusively for granular products;
The design is carried out according to the DIN standards and the EUROCODES and in compliance with the ATEX and HACCP directives.
They are especially suitable for indoor installations (outside they need cladding or covering).
They are built in galvanized sheet (sendzimir and/or hot by immersion), in sheet painted with non-toxic powders with oven cooking (for food) and in stainless steel.
They are made in both single cell and battery versions with a common wall. The filling of the hollow octagonal columns with concrete is generally foreseen.
They have edges with large chamfers to guarantee the absence of stagnation.
Their shape (and the construction in bolted modular panels) allows the optimization of the exploitation of the available spaces (both new and existing) and maximum flexibility of use.
The support structure can be with (also depending on the height of the discharge outlet from the ground):
• pillars on the ground for each cell
• metal structure for cell battery
• reinforced concrete slab for cell battery
They can be equipped with shock absorbers so as not to damage delicate products.
The main uses are storage cells in technological processing cycles, rapid delivery cells on trucks, batteries of finished products.
Typical use of stainless steel cells in row for wet grain (with multiple discharge hopper).
In the large-sized versions, batteries are made that are already set up to receive infill panels in sheet metal and polyurethane or rock wool.
